Monika Sims brings Masa, Tortillas and Tacos to Vienna!
Our tortillas are homemade from organic Austrian corn. We create masa, the dough, using a traditional process called Nixtamalization, which improves nutrition and flavor.
We cook with organic and regional ingredients as much as possible. We have taken on the challenge to adjust traditional Mexican recipes with local ingredients and with as few allergens as possible. We are therefore mostly gluten-free as well.. Once in a while a recipe calls for use of Beer in the sauce for the meats.We are convinced
food and how it is produced is essential for our and the environment's health.
We are a self-service diner and also offer take-away. No reservations are necessary, We always find a seat for you.
